Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Hold Harmless Policy

In return for being permitted to participate in Little Lantern Kits experiences including any associated use or of the premises/facilities and contact/access to Little Lantern Kits courses, products, materials, site, and group participants, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and promise not to hold liable Jenna Tenney, Michelle Wentz, Belmont Baby Bedtime, and Little Lantern Kits from any and all claims, resulting in personal injury (including death), accidents or illnesses, and property loss, in connection with your or your child’s participation in Little Lantern Kits experiences or products and any use of the premises and facilities.

Personal Responsibility 

At all times during use of Little Lantern Kit products or experiences, participants are responsible for their and their child’s safety. Likewise, information shared on site, or in Little Lantern Kits experiences (by facilitators Jenna Tenney and Michelle Wentz or participants) is for informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for individualized medical or psychological advice.

• Participants agree to seek individualized support if they have any questions regarding the medical or psychological well-being of themselves or their little one.

• Participants agree to help Little Lantern Kits and Belmont Baby Bedtime maintain their status as an up-to-date, accurate, and safe information source by notifying Jenna Tenne or Michelle Wentz if you come across any information that you perceive to be: inaccurate, misleading, sham-inducing, or harmful in any way. 

 

Assumption of Risks

Participation in Little Lantern Kits experiences or use of Little Lantern Kits products carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to protect and promote the safety and wellbeing of group participants. The risks include, but are not limited to the following and vary from one individual to another, but participation risks range from:

1. Exposure to viruses and bacteria

2. Physical injuries

3. Misinformation or miscommunication

4. Dissatisfaction with service or experience.

 

You understand and acknowledge that you may have to exercise extra care for you and your child.  You further understand that Little Lantern Kits, Belmont Baby Bedtime, Jenna Tenney, and Michelle Wentz do not have rescue or medical facilities or the expertise necessary to deal with any Injuries and Damages.

Severability

Participants further agree that their Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and that if any portion is held invalid the remaining portions will continue to have full legal force and effect.

Further points

You consent to the participation by the child in all activities conducted and products provided by Little Lantern Kits and Belmont Baby Bedtime.

You understand you are acting on behalf of yourself and your child, and to the extent allowed by law, you hereby waive and agree to release any claims or liability which you, your child, or your child’s heirs and successors may have or believe to have against Little Lantern Kits, Belmont Baby Bedtime, Jenna Tenney, and Michelle Wentz for any injuries, losses or damages to your child, your child’s personal property and your personal property.

By purchasing a Little Lantern Kits experience or product participants agree to indemnify and hold Jenna Tenney and Michelle Wentz harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of participants’ access and/or involvement in The Happy Hatchlings Mommy&Me, and to reimburse it for any such expenses incurred.
 

I have read the above Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages and notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate in experiences with Little Lantern Kits and Belmont Baby Bedtime.
