Whether you're working with a specific color palette, theme, or venue, we'll help you piece together the perfect look using our available inventory.

How It Works

Building a custom setup is simple. Browse our available inventory below, choose your pieces, and reach out to us. We'll work with you to plan the layout and styling. Keep in mind that each inventory item is one-of-a-kind — there is only one of each color and size combination, so selections are first come, first served. Because every custom build is unique, a $50 design fee applies in addition to your rental total. This fee covers our time to plan, coordinate, and style your setup to perfection.

Backdrop Sets: The Foundation of Your Look

Every custom solution can include up to two full backdrop sets. Each full backdrop set includes one 7ft arch and one 5ft arch and rents for $50 per set. These beautiful inflatable backdrops serve as the anchor for your entire balloon setup, creating a stunning backdrop wall perfect for photos and celebrations. Selecting two sets allows you to create multiple styled moments throughout your venue.

You can also choose to forgo a backdrop entirely and just choose balloon garlands to hang at your venue. These can be attached to walls or ceilings using command hooks (not included).

Balloon Clusters: Build Your Look

Balloon clusters are the heart of your custom build. Each cluster option is available in a variety of colors, and we carry exactly one of each color and size combination — so your selections are truly unique. Here's what's available:

3-Cluster (pack of two) — $8: A sweet, petite cluster perfect for adding accents and pops of color to your setup.
5-Cluster — $10: A mid-size cluster that makes a bold statement and works beautifully on its own or paired with larger elements.
12-Cluster — $25: Our largest cluster, offering a full and lush balloon display that anchors any arch or backdrop beautifully.
Flower Set (set of three) — $8: Delicate faux flower accents that add a whimsical, garden-party touch to any setup.

A Note on Inventory: One of Each, Always

Our inventory is limited to one of each item — meaning there is one red 3-cluster set, one red 5-cluster, one green 3-cluster set, one green 5-cluster set, and so on for every color and size combination. This means your rental choices are exclusive to your event. Once you've reserved your pieces, no one else can book them for the same date. We highly recommend booking early and being flexible with your color palette to make the most of what's available.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a custom solution cost?

Pricing depends on what you select. Backdrop sets are $50 each (one 7ft arch + one 5ft arch), 3-cluster packs are $8 (pack of two), 5-clusters are $10 each, 12-clusters are $25 each, and flower sets are $8 for a set of three. A $50 design fee is added to all custom orders. A $50-$100 credit card hold (based on the size of your solution) will also be applied in case of damage.

Can I pick any colors I want?

You can select from whatever is available in our inventory at the time of booking. We carry one of each color per cluster size, so availability depends on what hasn't already been reserved. When working with us on a custom theme, we'll let you know what's in stock and help you choose a palette that works beautifully together.

What is included in the rental?

All rentals include a 3-day window: pick up the day before your party, enjoy your event, and return everything the day after. Your rental includes all items you select as well as a balloon pump and elastic ties and rings to secure everything. 3 cluster and flower balloons come pre-inflated. You can request additional inflation of 5ft arches and 5 cluster balloons for an additional charge, as well as up to an additional 48 hours of rental time.Setup instructions and tips are provided.

Custom orders are currently limited to a maximum of two full backdrop sets (two 7ft arches and two 5ft arches). This keeps the rental manageable and ensures the best experience for your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out at least 2-3 weeks before your event, especially if you have a specific color palette in mind. Since inventory is limited to one of each item, popular colors and sizes book fast. Early birds get the best selection!
